REWI Mentors
REWI Mentors are individuals who are Active Investors who are Actively having Success in the Real Estate Business and have crossed the threshold of becoming Full-Time Real Estate Investors and Professionals. Typically REWI Mentors have done at least 20+ Fix & Flip Transactions, Bought and/or Sold at least 50 Properties, and/or Real Estate Net Worth has Advanced Past $1.0mm Dollars and Actively Transact at a minimum of 10 Investment Deals Annually or Own as Primary Investor (50% Ownership or more) 25 units or More. All REWI Mentors are Vetted by REWI and must maintain Active Status in the Real Estate Investment space and are available to Assist Others REWI Investors in their journey.

REWI Influencers are Active REWI Members who are Key Members of the REWI Community. Many are Active & Upcoming Investors. Some are Established Passive Investors, Private Lenders and Service Professionals. Many are Leading the Charge in their Local Markets. These are the Movers and Shakers of the REWI Community.
